FR 3 060 471 - A1 (04) LIGHT VEHICLE WITH A REAR TAILGATE ©) The subject of the invention is a vehicle comprising at the front a propulsion pedal (10) provided for the driver, remarkable in that it comprises at the rear on each side a profile (40) disposed substantially vertically, comprising a groove facing the interior of the vehicle, and a tailgate (42) forming a sliding plate in the grooves of the two profiles (40), which is in the transverse direction bent by an elastic deformation under the effect of a clamping given by the transverse distance between these two grooves. LIGHT VEHICLE WITH REAR HATCHBACK The present invention relates to a light vehicle with traction by pedal, comprising a tailgate. Light vehicles, in particular vehicles driven by the driver using a crankset, must have a very reduced mass in order to limit the effort provided. A known type of vehicle equipped with a wheel at the front and two wheels at the rear, has a front seat for the driver having a pedal board, and two rear seats for transporting people comfortably on small distances. This type of vehicle is developed in particular in pedestrian or tourist areas, where the circulation of motor vehicles is greatly reduced to limit noise and pollution in order to ensure high comfort for pedestrians. These vehicles may have a bodywork including a roof covering them as well as a tailgate, making it possible to shelter passengers from the sun, rain or wind to ensure better comfort. In particular, the tailgate can be removable to allow use under different conditions. A problem which arises is to provide a tailgate which is rigid, light, with a reliable assembly making it possible to carry out easily and without tools the removal and the refitting. Indeed, these vehicles can be driven by different people, in particular by seasonal staff without any particular qualification. These personnel must be able to regularly and quickly and securely install or remove the tailgate, depending on weather demands or weather conditions. The present invention aims in particular to solve these problems. To this end, it offers a vehicle comprising at the front a propulsion pedal provided for the driver, remarkable in that it comprises at the rear on each side a profile disposed substantially vertically, comprising a groove facing the interior of the vehicle, and a tailgate forming a sliding plate in the grooves of the two profiles, which is in the transverse direction bent by an elastic deformation under the effect of a tightening given by the transverse distance between these two grooves. An advantage of this vehicle is that an operator can easily and without tools, introduce the tailgate plate from the top into the two grooves, bending it slightly to reduce its width in order to enter these grooves, then lower it to the bottom by sliding it. The tailgate is quickly installed or removed by a simple vertical slide, without tools and without complex operation. In addition, a tailgate which is tensioned transversely is obtained thanks to its elastic deformation imposed by the reduced distance between the grooves, which blocks the plate at the bottom of the grooves, avoiding play causing vibrations, wear and noise. The vehicle according to the invention may further include one or more of the following characteristics, which can be combined with one another. Advantageously, the profiles give the edges of the tailgate an angle of between 20 and 40 ° relative to the transverse direction of the vehicle. We thus obtain an aesthetic bending of the tailgate which gives it rigidity. Advantageously, the lateral edges of the tailgate have a fold over the length which adjusts in a corresponding shape to the grooves of the profiles. These folds block the edges of the tailgate in the grooves. In this case, the grooves of the profiles may include in a cross section two terminations adapted to receive the folds of the tailgate which can be turned along a vertical axis. Advantageously, the tailgate has a central cutout forming a handle. This handle is made economically. Advantageously, the vehicle includes a seal provided to come into abutment at the top of the tailgate on its inner face. In particular, the tailgate can be formed in an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene "ABS" plate, in polycarbonate "PC" or in polyethylene "PE". In addition, the vehicle may include a rear bench seat arranged transversely, comprising a seat panel and a back panel which are connected by transverse pivots allowing their lifting. In this case, advantageously, the seat panel comprises at the front a first transverse pivot connected to the chassis of the vehicle, and the back panel comprises at the base a second transverse pivot connected to the rear of the seat panel. In addition, the upper part of the seat can be connected by a third transverse pivot to an upper panel, which is itself connected by a fourth transverse pivot to an upper part of the body. The invention will be better understood and other characteristics and advantages will appear more clearly on reading the description below, given by way of example with reference to the appended drawings in which: - Figure 1 is a side view of a light pedal vehicle according to the invention; - Figure 2 is a perspective view of this vehicle with its tailgate being closed; - Figure 3 is a view of this vehicle exploded showing the main elements of its body; - Figures 4 and 5 show in section along the section plane IV-IV, respectively a lateral profile of the tailgate system, and the complete tailgate system; - Figures 6 and 7 show in section along a vertical plane passing through the longitudinal axis of the vehicle, respectively the top and bottom of this tailgate system; - Figure 8 is a side view of the vehicle with the rear seat open. - Figure 9 is a view of the rear face of the seat in the installed position; - Figure 10 is a detail view of the pivot connecting the backrest to the seat, the seat being completely raised; and - Figures 11 and 12 are side views of the vehicle, showing the rear seat successively being lifted and fully raised. Figures 1, 2 and 3 show a pedal vehicle comprising a chassis 2 receiving at the front a fork 4 for guiding a front wheel 6, and at the rear an axle supporting two rear wheels 8. A central front seat for the driver has a front seat 12, and a crankset 10 driving the rear wheels 8 by a chain. The rear of the vehicle has a bench seat 14 designed to receive two people. The vehicle is equipped with a light body supported by a tubular frame 16, comprising at the front a windshield 18 rising up above the driver, then in the extension a flag 20 produced by the rotational molding of a material plastic, comprising a roof window 22, and a rear cross member 24 forming at the rear a transverse strip which descends to a small height. The bodywork includes, below the passengers, a rear box 26 produced by rotational molding of a plastic material, which ends in a rear strip supporting lights 28 and an identification plate 30 of the vehicle. The rear of the vehicle comprises on each side a substantially vertical rear upright 32 formed by an aluminum tube of square section, the ends of which are inserted at the bottom in the rear box 26 and at the top in the rear cross member 24 of the roof 20, so to rigidly connect these elements. On each side of the vehicle an aluminum profile 40 fixed to the upright 32, receives the rear edge of a side panel 44 formed by a plastic plate, which closes the side of the rear seats. A tailgate 42 formed by a plastic plate, having on each side a lateral edge fixed to the profile 40, has a width slightly greater than the transverse distance between these profiles so as to form a rearward bending which follows the bending of the rear box 26. In particular the tailgate 42 can be economically formed by a plate of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene "ABS", polycarbonate "PC" or polyethylene "PE". Figures 4 and 5 show the square section of each vertical post 32, having a rear face inclined by 30 ° relative to the transverse axis of the vehicle. The profile 40 having a substantially flat cross section, comprises towards the interior of the vehicle a flat part 56 coming flat on the rear face of the rear upright 32, which ends on the inside by a flange 58 forming a right angle, in support on the inner side of this upright to secure the profile. The profile 40 can be fixed on the rear upright 32 by any means to form a rigid assembly, in particular by screws arranged on the flange 58, in order to leave free the flat part 56 of this profile receiving the support of the tailgate 42 placed at flat on it. The profile 40 successively comprises, from the rear upright 32, a first groove 52 facing inwards, a closed cell 60 giving rigidity, then a second groove 50 facing forward, receiving the rear edge of the side panel 44 . The first groove 52 of the profile 40 has a single entry, then two terminations which move away from each other at a small angle relative to this entry, having a general "Y" shape. Each lateral edge of the tailgate 42 has a continuous folding 54 over a small width, forming a small angle, so as to insert this folding in the termination of the first groove 52 disposed furthest back. The tailgate 42 is inserted from above at the same time into the grooves 52 of the two profiles 40, then descended by sliding in these grooves down. Conversely for removing the tailgate 42, it is raised to the top of the grooves 52 to remove it from the profiles 40. A handle 46 formed by a horizontal slot cut down the tailgate 42, allows to engage the hand to facilitate the operation of this tailgate. The folding 54 of each lateral edge of the tailgate 42 engaged in a termination of the groove 52, forming an angle identical to that of this termination, allows both a vertical sliding of the tailgate, and a transverse holding of the edges by making a blocking. Indeed a traction on the edges of the tailgate 42 inwards, for example with a push on the tailgate carried out in the vehicle, would cause a withdrawal of the sides of the tailgate which would like to leave grooves 52. This exit is prevented by folding 54 edges of the tailgate 42, avoiding transverse sliding in the grooves 52. The two terminations of each groove 52, turned one towards the front and the other towards the rear, allow the plate of the tailgate 42 to be turned along a vertical axis while presenting its other side towards the outside of the vehicle. According to the direction of assembly of the tailgate 42, the folding 54 of each edge of the tailgate 42 comes into the front or rear termination of the groove 52 of its profile 40. We can in particular place two different advertisements on each side of the tailgate plate 42, and return it regularly to present to the public one or the other of these markings. Figure 6 shows a seal 70 attached to the top of the rear cross member 24 of the roof 20, comprising a circular bead which comes into contact with the inner face of the tailgate 42, to ensure a seal avoiding ingress of water in case rain. When lowering the tailgate 42 for its installation, the seal 70 slides on its inner surface. Figure 7 shows the upper part of the rear box 26, comprising behind the tailgate 42 a transverse strip 74 having a vertical front face, and in front of this tailgate studs 72 distributed transversely, comprising a rear face inclined downward which allows guide the base of the tailgate 42 in its descent in order to adjust it in the groove between these studs and the transverse strip ensuring effective maintenance over the entire width. The tailgate 42 constitutes a light and easily removable closure, which can be put in place by any person by a simple vertical sliding. Its arch-shaped bending effectively provides it with natural rigidity, as well as by its elasticity, a blocking at the bottom of the grooves 52 of the profiles 40 which prevents any vibration and wear. The tailgate 42 can remain notably ajar after having lifted it slightly, thanks to its blocking at the bottom of the grooves 52. In particular the tailgate 42 may be transparent to allow visibility from the rear, or colored. It can support an advertising marking. FIGS. 8, 9 and 10 show the rear bench seat 14 comprising a panel providing a seat 80, having at the front below this panel, a first transverse pivot 82 which is fixed above the rear box 26. A second panel providing a backrest 84 has on each side at the rear a bracket 86 having an end coming a little below this backrest, forming a second transverse pivot 88 connected to the rear of the seat 80. The seat 80 and the backrest 84 receive padding and upholstery to ensure comfort. An upper panel 90 has at its base a third transverse pivot 92, connected to the upper part of the backrest 84. The upper panel 90 comprises at the rear in the upper part, curved tabs 94 having at their end a fourth transverse pivot 96 fixed to the rear cross member 24 of the roof 20. A pull strap 100 is fixed at the top of the backrest 84, in the middle of this backrest. In a position of use, the seat 80 of the rear bench seat 14 rests at the front on the first pivot 82, the rear being suspended by means of the backrest 84 and the upper panel 90, arranged substantially vertically, at the lugs 94 fixed themselves to the rear cross member 24 of the roof 20. In addition, each side of the rear box 26 has an elastomer stop which supports the rear part of the seat 80 in order to distribute the load with the suspension coming from the top panel 90 to relieve the various transverse pivots of the rear seat 14. Advantageously the elastomer stops have an adjustable height, in order to adjust their height once the vehicle is fully assembled. The rear seat 14 can accommodate two adults, and possibly a young child. The vehicle has a small trunk located in the rear box 26, between the rear wheels 8 and below the seat 80, having a volume of approximately 100 dm 3 . By lifting the tailgate 42 as shown in Figure 2, there is rear access to the small trunk. FIG. 11 shows an operator lifting the traction strap 100, which raises all the panels of the rear bench seat 14 simultaneously, by pivoting the upper panel 90 on its fourth pivot 96 fixed to the body. In addition to the springs, for example gas cylinders, can assist the lifting of the rear seat 14 to reduce the forces. FIG. 12 shows the rear bench seat 14 completely raised, comprising the seat 80 and the backrest 84 aligned in the same plane slightly inclined relative to the vertical, at an angle formed by lateral protection tubes 102 of the chassis supporting the side panels 44. The upper panel 90 is arranged substantially horizontally. FIG. 10 details the rear part of the seat 80, comprising a seat sheet forming on each side a longitudinal fold 106 turned downwards. An opening stop 98 forms a flat strip fixed to the rear of the fold 106 by screws engaged in longitudinal slots in this fold, in order to allow sliding in this direction. Each opening stop 98 has a backward fold which constitutes an adjustable stop thanks to the longitudinal lights, receiving the support of a bracket 86 connecting the backrest 84 to the seat 80, which makes it possible to adjust the aligned position. of these two panels once the vehicle is assembled. In the open position, the bench seat 14 locks automatically, by the position of the backrest 84 disposed a little behind the second pivot 88, which applies by its mass a force maintaining this backrest on the opening stops 98 linked to the seat 80. To replace the rear bench seat 14, simply push the seat 80 backwards, while maintaining the mass of the bench seat by the traction strap 100 to accompany the downward movement As shown in FIG. 2, we obtain by lifting the tailgate 42, access to 5 a large rear trunk having a volume of approximately 500 dm 3 , closed to the sides by side panels 44 ending on the side tubes 102, and towards the 'front by the three panels of the rear seat 14. Note that by locking the tailgate 42, we obtain a large secure trunk. ίο
